International Orders:

Be sure to include a complete shipping address, the product number with description and the quantity of the item you are interested in purchasing. International shipping can be very expensive. Holly & Ivy ships packages Monday – Friday. Holly & Ivy does not ship on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or national holidays.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the delivery of your products will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned later than thirty days will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. Handling and shipping charges are not refundable.
